Cricket: "IPL 2011 Match No 44: Pune Warriors v Mumbai Indians"
Hi and Welcome to the Match No 44 of the IPL 2011 season between Pune Warriors and Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians are the leaders of IPL 2011 till date and looking good to make the playoffs, on other hand Pune warriors had a disastrous debut to the IPL 2011 season. Can Pune warriors made amends and play like warriors and down the Mumbai Indians lets see....
Pune Warriors won the toss and elected to bowl first. For Mumbai Indians AC Blizzard and SR Tendulkar opened the batting, for Pune warriors AC Thomas opened the bowling. Mumbai Indians lost AC Blizzard early in the innings for 6. SR Tendulkar and AT Rayudu again threatened to take the match away but Yuvraj Singh's double stike pegged back Mumbai Indians. R Sharma's double stike even more deterioted the Mumbai Indians innings. Late Stikes from TL Suman and KA Pollard brought back Mumbai Indians on track. Mumbai Indians finished with a healthy 160 for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. For Mumbai Indians TL Suman scored 36 and KA Pollard scored 28, for Pune warriors JE Taylor, Yuvraj Singh, R sharma took 2 wickets each.
In reply Pune warriors opened the batting with JD Ryder and MK Pandey, for Mumbai Indians Harbhajan Singh opened the bowling. Pune warriors lost JD Ryder of the very first ball to Harbhajan Singh. GC Smith too had a painful stay for his 6 and was eventually out of MM Patel. AA Jhunjhunwala came ahead of Yuvraj Singh and instead of helping pune warriors he created more trouble by wasting balls and getting out to KA Pollard. Yuvraj Singh came out in a pressure situation and with MK Pandey scored some glorious shots but eventually fell under pressure for 20 to a SL Malings bouncer. RV Uthappa and MK Pandey then threatened to take the match away with awesome hitting. Pune warriors hope vanished when MK Pandey was out to SL Malinga and Pune warriors eventually scored 139 for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Pune warriors lost with 21 runs. For Pune warriors MK Pandey scored 59 and RV Uthappa scored 34*, for Mumbai Indians again SL Malinga took 3 wickets.
Man of the Match is R Sharma for his 2/7 of 4 overs.
Score : Mumbai Indians 160 for 7 (TL Suman 36, KA Pollard 28, R Sharma 2/7, Yuvraj Singh 2/22) beat Pune Warriors 139 for 7 (MK Pandey 59, RV Uthappa 34*, SL Malinga 3/25) by 21 runs
Cricket: "IPL 2011 Match No 38: Rajasthan Royals v Pune Warriors"
Hi and Welcome to the Match No 38 of the IPL 2011 season between Rajasthan Royals and Pune Warriors. Pune warriors are at the bottom of the table after their consecutive 5 losses and Rajasthan royals will top the table if they can win today. Lets see if Pune warriors can pull one back or Rajasthan Royals goes top of the table.
Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to bowl first. For Pune Warriors JD Ryder and MK Pandey opened the batting, for Rajasthan Royals J Botha opened the bowling. Pune warriors had a good start until JD Ryder was out to J botha. RV Uthappa and MK Pandey then added 46 runs in next 5 overs. RV uthappa was out to SK Warne when he tried to attack. Rajasthan Royals kept loosing wickets at regular intervals. Yuvraj Singh too coudnt score much. Pune warriors scored just 143 for the loss of 7 wickets in their stipulated 20 overs. For Pune warriors RV Uthappa scored 35 and MK Pandey scored 30, for Rajasthan Royals SK Trivedi took 2 wickets.
In reply Rajasthan royals opened the batting with SR Watson and R Dravid, for Pune warriors M kartik opened the bowling. Rajasthan Royals had a bad start when they lost there 3 top order wickets in first 10 overs with just 59 on the board. For Pune warriors R Sharma took 2 of those wickets with tight bowling. AL Menaria and LRPL Taylor then counter attacked the pune warriors bowlers and scored 33 of just 4 overs. Once AL Menaria was out to R sharma, giving him his 3rd wicket. After AL Menaria was out LRPL Taylor took it on and completed a convincinly win for Rajasthan Royals with 6 wickets and 3 balls to spare. For Rajasthan Royals LRPL Taylor scored 47* and AL Menaria scored 29, for Pune warriors R Sharma took 3 wickets.
Man of the Match is LRPL Taylor for his 47*.

Hi and Welcome to the 35th Match of the IPL 2011 season between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Pune Warriors. Pune Warriors are looking lost after their recent losses and on other side Royal Challengers bangalore have gathered the much needed momentum after the arrival of Chris Gayle. Lets see if Royal challengers Bangalore maintain their momentum or Pune Warriors snatch the momentum from Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Pune Warriors won the toss and selected to bowl first. For Royal challengers Bangalore CH Gayle and TM Dilshan opened the batting and for Pune Warriors AC Thomas opened the bowling. Royal challengers Bangalore start was yet again impressive with CH Gayles big hitting. In less tha 7 overs Royal challengers Bangalore scored more than 50 runs without any loss. CH Gayle was severe to Kamran Khan for whom he hit 4 fours and 4 sixes in his two overs. Pune Warriors tasted success when Yuvraj Singh introduced R sharma into the attack. R Sharma took TM Dilshan in his first over and CH Gayle in his second. V Kohli and AB de Villiers then repaired the Royal challengers Bangalore innings and added further 66 runs in less than 9 overs. JE Taylor bowled a fantastic final over for Pune warriors to restrict Royal Challengers Bangalore to 181 for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. For Royal challengers Bangalore V Kohli scored 67 and CH Gayle 49, for pune warriors AC Thomas and R Sharma took 2 wickets each.
In reply Pune warriors opened the batting with JD Ryder and TD Paine, Royal Challengers bagalore opened the bowling with Zaheer Khan. Pune warriors had a bad start when TD Paine was out to S Aravind for 8 of 17 balls, which in T20 is unacceptable. Then JD Ryder and MK Pandey tried to build a partnership. Pune warriors dindnt loose wicket in next 6 overs but coudnt score much runs as well. JD Ryder was out after his fity and MK Pandey soon followed him when he holed out to long off of DL Vettori. Yuvraj Singh and RV Uthappa tried to scored runs quickly and were threatning to close it on, that Zaheer Khan bowled an exceptional over in which he got rid of Yuvraj Singh and thus Pune Warriors coudnt pull of a chase. Pune warriors where well short by 26 runs. For Pune Warriors JD Ryder scored 51 and Yuvraj Singh scored 41, for Royal challengers Bangalore Zaheer Khan, S Aravind, DL Vettori, CH Gayle and J Syed Mohammad took a wicket a piece.

Hello and Welcome to the 10th Match of the IPL 2011 season between Pune Warriors and Kochi Tuskers Kerala. Exciting match on the cards as new franchises Pune Warriors and Kochi Tuskers Kerala are palying each other for the first time. Lets see who will have the upper hand going ahead.
Kochi Tuskers Kerala won the toss and opted to bat first. Kochi Tusker Kerala opened the batting with BB McCullum and VVS Laxman, for Pune Warriors AC Thomas Opened the bowling. Kochi Tuskers Kerala had a horror start when they lost BB McCullum and VVS Laxman within 3 overs and with just 11 on board. DPMD Jayawardene too lost his wicket and Kochi Tuskers Kerala where in deep deep trouble after the double stike from WD Parnell. BJ Hodge and RA Jadeja then studied the Kochi Tuskers Innigns and had a partnership of 88 in less than 11 overs to boost the Kochi Tuskers Kerala total. With late stikes Pune warriors had a check on kept Kochi Tuskers Kerala. Kochi Tuskers Kerala scored 148 for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. For Kochi Tuskers Kerala RA Jadeja scored a brilliant 47 and BJ Hodge scored 39 under pressure, for Pune Warriors WD Parnell took 3 wickets.
In reply Pune warriors opened the batting with JD Ryder and GC Smith, for Kochi Tuskers Kerala RP Sing started the bowling. Pune warriors had a good start when JD Ryder and GC Smith scored 31 in 3.4 overs. Soon after JD Ryder was out to Vinay Kumar pune warriors had a mini collapse after which they were 73 for 4 of 11.2 overs. RV Uthappa then started to counter attack the opposition and scored a rapid fast 31 and was later bowled by M Muralitharan. MD Mishra then continued the attack on Kochi Tuskers Kerala bowlers and a late big hit from R sharma settled the nerves and Pune warriors where home with 4 wickets in hand and 7 balls to spare. For Pune warriors MD Mishra scored 37* and RV Uthappa 31, for Kochi Tuskers Kerala BJ Hodge took 2 wickets.
