Hi and Welcome to the Match No 41 of the IPL 2011 season between Delhi Daredevils and Kochi Tuskers Kerala. Delhi Daredevils are at the bottom of the table and are looking to come out of it and on other hand Kochi Tuskers Kerala who started badly came back with impressive wins and recently lost badly to Deccan Chargers. Lets see who wins this battle and come out of the bottom half of the points table.
Kochi Tuskers Kerala won the toss and opted to bowl first. For Delhi Daredevils DA Warner and V Sehwag opened the batting, RP singh opened the bowling for Kochi Tuskers kerala. DA Warner and V Sehwag had a good start initially, but once V Sehwag was out to new comer P Parameswaran Delhi Daredevils where in dire straits. Delhi Daredevils kept loosing wicketsand where 97 for the loss of 4 top order wickets in nearly 15 overs. Y Venugopal Rao and TR Birt then played cameos to get Delhi Daredevils some respectability to their total. Delhi Daredevils scored 140 for the loss of 6 wickets in their 20 overs. For Delhi Daredevils Y Venugopal Rao scored 40 and TR Birt scored 27, for Kochi Tuskers Kerala P Parameswaran and R Vinay Kumar took 2 wickets each.
In reply Kochi Tuskers Kerala opened the batting with M Klinger and BB McCullum, IK Pathan opened the bowling for Delhi Daredevils. BB McCullum gave a blazing start to Kochi Tuskers Kerala and rained fours and sixes. In first 5 overs Kochi Tuskers Kerala scored 61 for no loss. After BB McCullum was out Kochi Tuskers Kerala had a mini slump where they lost 3 quick wickets. PA Patel and BJ Hodge then completed a comprehensive victory with 7 wickets in hand and 5 overs to spare. For Kochi Tuskers Kerala BB McCullum and PA Patel scored 37 runs each, for Delhi Daredevils M Morkel and RE van der Merwe took a wicket each.
Man of the Match is P Parameswaran for his 2 crucial wickets.

Cricket: "IPL 2011 Match No 18: Kochi Tuskers Kerala v Chennai Super Kings"
Hello and welcome to Match No 18 of the IPL 2011 season between Kochi Tuskers Kerala and Chennai Super Kings. Kochi Tuskers Kerala didnt had a good debut and lost their initial matches and on other hand Chennai Super Kings have been in good form and looking good. Can Kochi Tuskers Kerala open their winning account with todays win, lets see how the match progressed.
Kochi Tuskers Kerala won the toss and elected to bowl first. For Chennai Super Kings MEK Hussey and M Vijay, for Kochi Tuskers Kerala RP Singh opened the bowling. Chennai Super Kings lost MEK Hussey early to RP Singh for 8. M Vijay and SK Raina played some good shots to take the score near 50 that M Vijay was out. SK Raina held the innings at one end, but other end Chennai lost wickets at regular intervals. S Badrinath and MS Dhoni played little cameos. Chennai Super Kings scored 131 for the loss of 4 wickets in 17 overs. For Chennai Super Kings SK Raina scored 50 and M Vijay scored 28, for Kochi Tuskers Kerala RP Singh, NLTC Perera and RV Gomez took a wicket each.
In reply Kochi Tuskers Kerala opened the batting with BB McCullum and DPMD Jayawardene, for Chennai Super Kings JA Morkel opened the bowling. BB McCullum gave a fantastic start to Kochi Tuskers Kerala. Inspite of DPMD Jayawardene was gone for 16 to R Ashwin when the score was 39 of 4.3 overs, BB McCullum and PA Patel scored at a rapid pace and took score at 90 with over 10 overs. Chennai Super Kings came back with wickets of BB McCullum and PA Patel, but the damage was already done. BJ Hodge and RA Jadeja then steered Kochi Tuskers Kerala home with 7 wickets in hand and 2 overs to spare. For Kochi Tuskers Kerala BB McCullum scored 47 and PA Patel scored 34, for Chennai Super Kings R Ashwin took 2 wickets.
Man of the Match is BB McCullum for his 47.
